GymbaROO Subiaco is located within the Subiaco Village, 1/531 Hay Street, Subiaco
The centre includes a bathroom with change table, plus a small kitchen area with a microwave if you need to heat up a bottle after the class. The centre contains heating and cooling to ensure comfortable classes all year round.
It is within walking distance of many cafes, the Regal Theatre, and the Subiaco train station.
The Subiaco Village has a Wilson ticketed carpark. It is $2/hour on weekdays and free on weekends. Tickets can be paid via cash or card at the ticket machine or via the Wilson parking app.
Subiaco also offers some free parking areas for the first hour. The closest to our centre is behind Hungry Jack’s – 300m from the centre.
All our classes run within the school terms.
Our 10 week program is $250, with early bird discounts offered to our ongoing families.
You may join at any time during the term, subject to availability, at the prorated rate of $25/class for the remainder of the term.
eg. If you join from Week 3, you will pay $200 for the remaining 8 classes of the term.
Being a structured, sequential program, building on the children’s skills each week, we do not offer casual bookings.
We can offer direct debit payments. Click “bank transfer” when booking then send us an email. We will then set up weekly payments of $25.
If you are wanting to trial the program first, we offer a 3 week $84 trial in available classes, at the beginning of the term.

The classes must be taken consecutively for 3 weeks at the same day/time of your first booking.
3 weeks gives your child the best chance to settle into the program and for you to start to see the benefits in your child’s development.
Parties at GymbaROO are available for booking Saturdays and Sundays, plus weekdays in the school holidays. Perfect for 1st, up to 5th birthdays.
Families are welcome to bring their own decorations and there is plenty of room to set up food. There is also a fridge available.
Invitation templates are included.

We offer make up classes! Once you’re enrolled, you can cancel any classes you can’t attend ahead of time and book make up classes within the term. The class must be cancelled prior to the start time to be eligible for a make up class. Make ups cannot be transferred to future terms or different centres and are subject to availablility.
If you’re struggling to find a make up spot, please send us an email so we can help to book you in.
You also have weekly class videos and neurological information, so you’re still able to access the content from home, even if you can’t make it in centre!
We do not offer refunds. If the class time no longer works for you, please send as an email so we can move you into a different day/time which works for you. If it’s only a small number of classes you can’t attend, we can organise make up classes for you.
If your child is struggling to participate in the class, please give it time. It usually gives new children around 3 weeks to fully settle into the routine of the program and then they come to expect and love the different parts of the class, as they know what’s coming next!
For specific circumstances, such as an emergency trip or hospital stay, we can offer credit for the following term. This must be organised via email prior to the class time.
We can do weekly direct debits of $25. When you book your spot, click “bank transfer” then send us an email with your preferred start date for your direct debit. We will then set this up for you.
We also have afterpay in centre.
If you are self funded, you are more than welcome to use your funding towards the classes. We have many physios and OTs recommending GymbaROO for the babies and toddlers they see.
We offer a 3 week trial option at the beginning of the term, when class spaces are available. The 3 weeks gives you a good feel for the program, and allows your child time to settle into the new environment.
The trial does not guarantee your spot for the remainder of the term, so as soon as you know you’d like to continue on, make sure to book your spot!
The exercises and activities within each level are designed for specific developmental stages, rather than age. If your child is crawling, you can enrol in a Wombat class. Once they’re walking independently, we can move you to a Penguin class. It’s okay to do this mid-term! The exercises in the Wombat class will help your child get to the next stage in their development. Creeping and crawling are the best stages for your child’s development, so please don’t rush them to walk. They will love the Wombat activities!
The exercises and activities within each level are designed for specific developmental stages, rather than age. If your child is not yet crawling, you can enrol in a Platypus class. Once they’re crawling, we can move you to a Wombat class. It’s okay to do this mid-term! The exercises in the Platypus class will help your child get to the next stage in their development. Our teachers can give you exercises and ideas to help your baby build their muscle tone and readiness to crawl.
