GymbaROO has a tried and tested model that both parents and children enjoy. Over the years, many thousands of parents have witnessed its great value in assisting their children’s development and readiness for school. GymbaROO is the perfect combination of research based, neuro-developmentally appropriate activities, of parent education and of fun!

Centre Information

We run classes Level 1 to 8 Monday to Saturday during school terms. There is a dedicated Baby room for level 1, and 2.

Term 3 – Monday 22nd July – Saturday 28th September

Level guide

Level 1: Platypus (8 weeks to 6 months)
Level 2: Wombats (6 to 12 months)
Level 3/4: Penguins/Koala (1 to 2 years)
Level 5/6: Wallaby/Kangaroo (2 to 3 years)
Level 6/7: Kangaroo/Possum (2.5 to to 3.5 years)
Level 7: Possum / Preschool Readiness (for children attending Preschool in 2025)
Level 8: Emu / School Readiness Stage (for children attending Kindy in 2025)

Address

GymbaROO Canberra is located at 25 Richmond Ave, Fairbairn (also known as Canberra Airport).

Our centre includes change tables and toilets, and our main entrance has a ramp for prams. We also have a large and welcoming waiting room for you to utilise before or after class. with free tea and coffee or Nespresso coffee for $1.

Our mat rooms are air conditioned / heated, and our main gymnasium is heated in winter.

Parking

Our centre is surrounded by free parking which has been dedicated to GymbaROO families only – you collect your parking permit from us on your first visit.

Pricing

Our 10 week term is $388.40. You can choose to pay upfront, or we have weekly and fortnightly payment plans with low fees. Your enrolment includes access to a new pre-recorded at home class each week, free download of the term music, expanded neurological information as per the weeks theme and weekly at home activities. We pro-rate fees for a midterm start and if you need to miss your regular class for any reason, up to 3 make up lessons are available throughout the term.

Trial Classes

We offer a 3 class Trial package for a reduced rate of $99 – this 3 class pass gives your little one time to settle in and establish routine in the program & for you to begin to see the benefits and results of our program.

Birthday Parties

Our GymbaROO Canberra Parties guarantee a fantastic experience for
both children and parents alike. (1- 5 years)

What’s Included:
● 2 hours of exclusive use of our Full Gym Obstacle Course, featuring soft play equipment, trampolines, balance gear, sensory items, swings, monkey bars, and more!
● Accommodation for up to 20 playing party guests, not including adults.
● A separate dining space for convenient self-catering
● Access to microwave, tea & coffee facilities
● Hassle-free clean-up and rubbish removal by our party host.

Cost & General Info:
● $600 for a 2.5-hour booking (2-hour party, 30 mins set up)
● A non-refundable deposit of $200 via bank transfer secures your booking
● The remaining balance is payable on the day in cash or credit card (1.9%
surcharge)

Party slots are available on (subject to host availability):
● Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and
● Sundays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
● Sunday 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
